Dear Susan, We may have emailed you privately through our support customer care email but we are very sorry to hear of the disappointment you have experienced concerning the quality of your garment and we are so sorry your sister had received this fault as a gift.
We take the quality of our items very seriously and we will follow this up straight away with our mill. This would be great if you could provide a couple of photos for us to keep on record and share with the team, please email support@loveyawn.com. Please be assured that we rarely come across faults such as this and would of course be happy to offer you a replacement pair or refund. Once we have received the image of the faults we let you know how we will further proceed.
