Ordered a week ago but still no delivery, the Hermes delivery’s are hopeless in my area, I ordered to take on holiday tomorrow, very disappointed

Hello, thank you for the further update. As discussed, a replacement order has been sent via a different courier to arrive asap. We'll be in touch with Hermes, as we appreciate how frustrating this can be and want to avoid it happening again. A huge apology from all the team.
