Pyjamas arrived quickly. Needed to return as too big, so I’m waiting for a refund so I can reorder a smaller size

I enquired about the welcome discount and was replied to the next day. I’m still waiting to hear about my return even though my tracking shows the pyjamas were returned to them nearly 4 days ago
