Hi Charmian,Thanks for getting in touch, we've never had this issue before and we're truly so sorry to hear the nightshirt wasn't comfortable for you.Almost all of our products are made from 100% cotton satin, this means unfortunately this type of material is woven so has no stretch. We would advise purchasing a jersey cotton product because of the knitted construction which often has elastane in the material composition, the product will have more stretch in the garment and this type of material will cling to your body better therefore not riding up as much.A lot of our customers find that purchasing the Yawn jersey t-shirt and cotton PJ bottoms helps with having a little more movement & reduces the riding up issue. We are also in the process of extending our jersey range later this year as we grow. Again we're sorry that we were unable to offer you a full refund, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds for products that have been slept in. However we would be happy to offer you 15% refund rather than a code as we appreciate that you wouldn't be looking to shop with us again.We'll most definitely investigate all the points you have made in your feedback and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I’m a bit surprised that in your email to me privately, you say I’ve returned the product. I haven’t returned he product because you said you’d only give me a measly £8 refund off a nightshirt that cost £59 and is, in my opinion , unusable. I’m not at al impressed.
