Helpful and thorough

Helpful and very thorough. For size of loan to equity of my home (less than 5%) process seemed OTT. Not only that but funder required even more info!!!

Lawrence top advisor went out of his way to make sure we got all we needed

Could not be more helpful, went thru everything clearly and made it a pleasant experience to raise funds. Ours was a little long winded but Lawrence was 100% and sorted everything out
