I'm sorry that you were advised the car you've ordered was in stock when it was still on its way to the UK. We will sometimes show a car as in stock or nearly in stock when it is in transport as we know it will take roughly the same amount of time to arrive in the UK as it does for the finance documents to be signed and the cooling off period to expire. I understand this can cause some confusion and we will look to make sure this is clearer to customers in the future. The team will regularly get updates on your car as it progresses and will let you know these and we'll look to get your car delivered to you as soon as we can.
