Hi. I'm sorry you are not happy with the brush. When properly cared for, the filament we use is more durable than other market alternatives. For best results, use the brush primarily with water and avoid using it for tasks like cleaning down tools. We recommend hanging the brush to dry whenever possible and storing it in a way that avoids putting pressure on the bristles. The hybrid and pure bristle options are more long-lasting than the Evo model
