We found that you had difficulty with the life insurance company that you purchased an annuity from, with help from Wren Sterling. Our Financial Planner, Michael, felt he went above and beyond to ensure you got what you needed and he thought you were happy with his service when you last spoke. We've noted that you don't have an ongoing service with Wren Sterling, so you have no further fees to pay.
