A software update was blamed for cancellation of my booking whilst taking the $. Simply not good enough when it can take 3 days to refund

The curtesy and politeness was spot on even though I had a late check-in way after midnight! The sports bar had opened till late so it was good to relax before bed to have a drink after a long drive.
