So bad service, haven’t get the refund when i cancel the room I didn’t get

Pricing changed, I opened a new window to check on other sites and when I looked at Wotif the price had increased by up to $100. I get that you can do as you like but the price should be the price...

Very quick to find suitable accommodation at a great price.

The information available was helpful and easy to find

Nice clean room, very friendly receptionist. Parking was great. Only down side was my room faced Main Street and a bit noisy and heat pump wasn’t functioning quite right

Advertising very decent, stating pricing change. Stated AU$1606 Changed to AU$402. Sent email to wotif support regarding deduction of $1606 from my credit card and of course no acknowledgement

Ok, did the job but unremarkable

It was easy to follow information and get details of what accomodation was available. No problem following guidelines to book.
