It was an easy process and we received a booking at a very good price. Other sites were charging nearly $300.00 more for the same accommodation.

Wotif don't detail rooms correctly
Advertising rooms correctly so you don't turn up to property and have a room not suitable for amount of travellers.

White collar criminal's and thieves
I booked a dlcertsin date and the confirmed booking turned out wrong with another date
They wouldn't refund me. They stole $360
