We have not received an email confirmation of the booking at all. We had to download a document from Wotif Website, otherwise we had nothing.
It's extraordinary that there is no immediate online...

The notes below answered most of the questions I had in my mind when I was booking.The only thing not mentioned was the deduction of the $1 from my card even though I know why you need to do this.
