Not clear on the ADA disabled facilities on offer. Support at Wotif has failed to respond and hotel in Seoul does not speak English.

excellent service
one of my hotel bookings didn't go well, but wotif was able to get me a refund dispite it being a non-refundable booking. So that was good.

Unlikely to use or recommend WOTif
The hotel room was not as advertised. o their website.
It was small & disappointing. Also no room service or dinner
available after 9pm. The room was so disappointing I checked out straight away....
