Thanks for your feedback. Apologies for the issues you had when trying to book a family room. Often rates and fees associated with extra bedding are subject to change at the hotels discretion, making it quite difficult to always list these options in full on the website. Rest assured, we're working towards a resolution and hope to see this fixed in the near future.
