I will examine our stock when the warehouse reopens tomorrow however from the photograph I think it’s clear that there is a lot of work that has gone into the product to create the effect. At the end of the day all lighting of this type is ‘wires with lights attached’. I hope you’ve seen that the wires are stiff florist wire and can be ‘teased out’ to your satisfaction and initially may be a little flat from being in the box and this maybe forming your opinion?. Also the wire from the wreath shouldn’t really be noticed when lit, but nonetheless I will feedback your comments about this and the price to the manufacturers. I would also ask you to note that you could have added many more of our gorgeous lights to your order without affecting the cost of postage (which reflects our courier costs). That notwithstanding we do value your feedback.

Thank for the further feedback and apologies that you may have misunderstood my comment. What I meant was that, whilst maintaining the circular form, you can give some extra 3D shape to the ends by pulling them forward and spreading them out as in the picture on the product page. Your comment about the overall cost including postage is understood and as previously stated, your feedback is welcomed and will be fed back to the manufacturer.
