We fully understand this inconvenience this early delivery could have caused you (but hopefully didn't) but nonetheless I apologise for the lack of an email to you. Unfortunately we had been given incorrect information by our supplier and I will be reminding them of their responsibilities in this regard. We try really hard to keep out customers fully informed as far as is possible but obviously let you down on this occasion. Please be assured that the item would not have been left without a signature. I'm delighted to hear that you are pleased with the log store.
