Thank you very much for your feedback. As my colleague explained on the phone today, unfortunately when you placed your order it appears that some of the information we needed to complete the order was missing (colour/font) as the necessary information was left blank. However, it does appear that there was a delay in contacting you for this detail and I can only apologise. Our system is designed to prevent blank information being submitted with an order of this type and I will check to see how this got through to avoid the problem again in the future. Our normal lead time for bespoke signs is around 5-10 days and now we have all the information your sign is in production, but I'm really sorry we've let you down on this occasion. I've arranged to refund your delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill and hope this that this is satisfactory. Stuart
