Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to buy from us. We're slightly puzzled at this response and not clear on why our service here was seen as poor. You ordered a carefully selected book from us, we had stock and delivered in good time. All our charges are made clear at the checkout stage and our postage covers any number of items, some of which are very heavy. You could have also chosen a free handwritten gift card at the checkout worth £1.95 and had you spent a little more than £9.95 also qualified for a free pack of gift cards worth £3.95 We also pay our taxes - whereas Amazon use dubious techniques to avoid them amongst other aggressive 'big company' ruses to lower their prices. Whilst we are flattered to be compared to the world's largest internet company, I'm not sure the comparison makes sense. It's a bit like comparing Walmart to Waitrose. Amazon has attracted widespread criticism by both current and former employees, as well as the media and politicians for poor working conditions (see Wikipedia for more information). Whilst I'm grateful for your feedback and will reflect on it, I've got to admit I think it a little harsh. I'm really glad you like the book though. We think it's gorgeous and well worth the little extra. Stuart
