When you placed your order over the phone you should have been asked whether you were happy to receive email from us. It would appear that either you were not asked or your preferences were recorded wrongly as people who 'opt-out' do not get Feefo mail. The review is a one-time mail so although you will get a copy of this response and may wish to consider the review score further, you will not get any further emails from Feefo. I have also changed your preferences on our system so that you will not get offer and information emails from us either. For this error I can only apologise and sincerely hope that it did not inconvenience you too much. We are very well aware of the nuisance unwanted emails can cause and are sorry that we got it wrong on this occasion.
