Thank you so much for your feedback in both areas. At home I use a similar set up albeit home made. I like to put a pallet or similar wood on top of the compost too as the slight compression seems to help. I've also experimented with bits of old carpet too as the darkness helps. Digging out ones own compost is the most simplest of pleasures and is also instructive too! Happy composting! Stuart

Thank you very much for your feedback. I will be investigating the problem here and suspect there might be a small loophole in our system and the communication detail. For speed sometimes we get items sent direct from our suppliers and they don't always let us know when despatch has been made. We need to reflect this in our communication and also try harder to close this gap. Enjoy using your propagator and do let us know if you have any queries about its use. It's the best! Stuart

I've made further checks and it seems the person at our supplier, whose job it was to let us know, was on holiday! Please accept our apologies for this and hope it didn't cause too much inconvenience. We've asked that this is covered in future but obviously depending on the size of our supplier this isn't always possible. Stuart
