We decided to offer flat rate delivery at the outset rather than charge extra for heavier items. I'm glad you like the product and plan to put it to good use now the colder weather is with us. Thank you for your feedback, however I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Naturally I'm disappointed that whatever your comment refers to you believe we've done a bad job. My team have done a lot of work on your requirements for delivery to post resante addresses on the other side of the world although on this occasion you decided to take delivery in the UK. As a small business we cannot afford to take unnecessary risks and thus we do sometimes have to go through a few 'hoops' before we are happy to ship. I'm sorry if this procedure has inconvenienced you, however the standard advice from credit card companies would have been not to have shipped your order.
