Great. Item was out of stock at suppliers but Woods kept me informed re this, reordered when it was in stock and sent to me immediately they received it. Would shop at Woods of Shropshire again.

Not possible. Their staff, processes and products are all perfect. I gave them two stars in error!
Two pairs of really high quality pyjamas arrived in the same package, a short time after they were ordered online. This is without question a first rate service.

Very bad experience in my first order I order two short for £16 each £8 and I received only one shirt
I request them refund for one shirt then not accept my request
