Awful. No updates on the order or any potential to bring it forward before the bad weather kicks in. Stop sending review requests instead of prioritising customer order status updates!

Frustrating - No compassion or provision or accessibility for disabled
Frustrating for disabled non speaker. One phone call OR 6 emails to missing parts no answer then 7th email to sales and shocker I get a reply. 10 days after delivery of shed and I’m STILL waiting...
