Customer service was good after I emailed due to non delivery on a Saturday ... I had paid for this service & was told I would receive a full refund of delivery charges, I haven't seen these yet but...

Hello. I am really sorry about your delivery issues. We really do try our best to get everything to our customers when they want. On this occasion the delivery depot making the delivery let us down. We have refunded your full delivery charge back onto your card and please dont hesitate to get in touch if there is anything we can help with. Glad you liked the product though. Henry
