Not your fault USPS lost the package. Tracking alerts would be a good idea on your end if a package isn't delivered within a certain time frame.

Elaine, sorry for our mistake and I have emailed you a copy of our Organic Potato Growing Guide. Yukon Gold is a very dormant and very smooth potato so the eyes are there but they are easy to miss. Just keep the tubers at room temperature (75oF) for a week and the Yukons will break dormancy and the location of the eyes will become obvious. Thanks for supporting our family farm! Jim
