We were very surprised and disappointed to read your review and our lowest ever rating, as we have been selling our classic wraps for 15 years and have always had wonderful feedback. The cashmere we use is very high quality and I would be very surprised if you can find comparable cashmere at the same price. Please do send the wrap back for a full refund if you are unhappy and I can inspect the wrap for you. Regarding the colour of your wrap, Im sorry you felt the image on the website was a little deeper in colour, different monitors do sometimes vary but we do try and make the images as close as possible.
Lovely quality products (even more colour choice please). Good and prompt customer service, refunds and delivery
