Hi there We're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience trying to return your item. You mentioned you don't have access to a printer, so we sent you this link (https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/4580) so that you can create a return with Royal Mail. This allows you to either show a QR code at the post office and they can print the label for you, or you can arrange a collection from your home where they will bring the label with them.
