With regards to your other comments, we offer the following responses.
You say it is expensive and the optional extras only add to this. Our accommodation, which includes electric, heating, lighting, a parking space and all the facilities inside and outside the cabin, is priced fairly for a one-night stay, and is in line with similar accommodation providers in the area if they offer single-night occupancy. You mention the key phrase, ‘optional extras’, and these items being purely down to the guest’s own preferences. Many of our guests do not opt for the extras and are quite happy doing so.
We are sorry to read in your feedback that the toaster didn’t work, we haven’t had any mention by previous guests or by our cleaning team about the toaster, so we will certainly investigate this further.

The hot tub temperature and control panel usage are in place for safe use by our valued guests, the recommended temperature being between 37 and 38 degrees. Anything warmer and this can become a health and safety issue.
Our lodge is very spacious, so we are very surprised to read that you feel you didn’t have much room to put up the travel cot. We certainly haven’t had this feedback before, particularly about the lodge, which has a generous amount of floor space for our guests to use. We thank you for this comment, anyway.
