Generally the service is fine but on the Queen Elizabeth set, one of the coins was sstained completely spoiling the effect.

Hi, I’m sorry one of your orders has still not reached you. I can see we arranged a replacement after you first contacted us last year, and I’m disappointed that this also appears not to have arrived. A further replacement has now been arranged, and I hope this resolves the matter once and for all.
