Fantastic to hear! At West London Gas we recognise that replacing a boiler can seem daunting, however we always try to have the work booked in, completed as efficiently and as hassle free as possible....especially when time matters!

Thank you for your feedback and further to our telephone conversation earlier today we apologise that you did not feel you got the full benefit of our service.

As discussed, at the time of the engineers visit, he could find no faults with the boiler other than it getting a bit older and probably scaled to a degree; there was most certainly no issues with regards safety. We sometimes come across intermittent faults such as yours and are careful not to replace parts in the hope of solving a problem or in fact telling you to replace the boiler when it still appears to be working within the manufacturers specification. We would most certainly have returned immediately if the problem had become more persistent or the boiler had failed. 

However, you have informed me that you have recently replaced your boiler with a new high efficiency boiler and I am in no doubt that you will see the benefits of your new boiler and most certainly save money in the long term.
