Excellent.Very friendly and easy to contact. Over Christmas period I didn't hear from Royal Mail so I contacted the company who supplied the tracking reference - the jigsaw arrived a day or so later

In reply to the suggestion that you grade the jigsaws e.g easy/difficult/ fiendish you replied promptly and explained why you felt this would be impractical.
