Thank you for your feedback. We try hard to produce the finest quality puzzles for our customers to enjoy. However, we are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed that we do not include a separate image insert in our puzzles. Unfortunately, we do not currently have the licensing permissions to print this, and we apologise for the disappointment that this has caused you. We put customer experience and satisfaction as a top priority and your feedback regarding this will of course be passed on to all relevant departments to review for future collections.
