When completed the puzzle had a piece missing. No quibble, puzzle replaced.

Puzzles are fantastically crafted - LOVE the extra difficult ones! - and the characteristic scent... Never trust a straight edge! Packaging sound and delivery very fast - perfect for the addict!
Excellent service. Staff are always extremely polite and very helpful in every way and delivery is very fast. I would recommend them to anyone. The puzzles are really made well.
