Very quick delivery. Very informative on how to change wheel on wheelchair. Easy 2 change. Then got second wheel also easy to change. Will use this company again if needed.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately carriers require wheelchairs to be supplied boxed, we do not have an option to supply otherwise. We aim to supply a product that requires minimal to no assembly which means the box has to be bigger to allow this. It is an unfortunate trade off, we have looked at how to reduce packaging while still ensuring the wheelchair is delivered safely and undamaged but one requires the other. Great

Wheelchair is exactly what I needed. Really simple to put together - the footplates came separately in their own box. The box was damaged upon arrival but luckily this didn't affect the wheelchair.
