Still early days. But since I’ve started using Rest CBD, found I have been sleeping better and more restful at night. Finding the routine at night also helps. More time will tell

Love this tea every morning to kick start the day.

When I use the oil it still takes me a while to fall asleep but once I am asleep it definately helps me sleep longer. It also tastes fine
