Very good communication about the order/checks to make sure of appropriate use of logos. However, disappointed with the printing result (cut the team's name in half, in a place completely different...

Hi Joao, many thanks for your feedback. Our lanyards are printed as a running repeating image and we would normally cut the material in a sympathetic location, but as the front and back images are offset, when the lanyard is made up it will leave text of logo's as cut off. Unfortunately this is unavoidable, we recommend that you look to repeat and image or words at least 5 times to ensure that you see clearly what is printed on it. If you would like to send me over a photo to social@weprintlanyards.com, I will get it looked at by our quality control team.
