I have however looked into your order for you using the order reference and there was no lanyards included in your order, only the social distancing plastic cards. If you would like to order some lanyards you can do this through our website and we will be able to despatch them the next working day or if you are struggling with your order you can contact our sales team on 0115 860 2255 or email sales@weprintlanyards.com. We offer our lanyards and cards at separate low prices to give flexibility to all of our customers so they are able to tailor their order to them. I am sorry again if there has been some inconvenience.
