Overall the lanyards are great

Fast delievery, the website is okay to use, was contacted to say some of my product didnt meet the quality control however they were exactly the same quality

I have spoken to our Artwork team to clarify the issue and they have explained that the 3 you received separately was a reprint of your design, this is why they were the same quality as the rest. This was because before the reprint, 3 of the items had a white line running through the design. Although this is rare, we ensure that all products meet our standard quality guidelines. I hope this clarifies your issue!
