Very good, bottle arrived earlier than expected and exactly as described

The water bottle arrived as expected, in time, in good condition. I did not have a need to contact them, s cannot comment on this aspect of the service.

Fast delivery and very nicely designed black bottle with perfect capacity.

Bottle material feels robust and importantly it does not leak. The filter appears sound and allows a decent flow rate with careful squeezing off the bottle.
