Dear Sir, you have ordered a twin filter pack of 200 litre filters. The Timestrips used to be included on the smaller 130 litre filters but these were discontinued last year.

WE have checked our system and cannot find an email from you. May you confirm as to what email address you used when trying to contact us please.

We are sorry to read your review. We have very few complaints about the strength or durability of the lid. As with all brands, we constantly review and upgrade design and will continue to do so. If your daughter still have an issue, please let us know and we will gladly replace any faulty item.
