Good morning, Your order was received on Sunday 1st and shipped on Monday the 2nd. We exclusivly use Royal Mail tracked 48 hour sevice for our 'standard' service. The system unfortunately does not alert my team to 'exceptions'. Having checked after receiving your review, the package is due for delivery today. If it is not received, please let me know and I shall send a second via DPD. I can only apologise for the unforeseen delay, which has given rise to your one star review.
