As outlined on our website, we ask customers to carefully inspect their mural upon delivery and notify us of any issues prior to installation, should a return be required. The map selected was sourced within our Extended Range, which includes a large collection of third-party images that cannot be individually reviewed in advance. Unfortunately there may be cases where the information may not be up to date or slightly incorrect. Each mural is bespoke and custom printed to the wall dimensions provided. With map orders, our team will always look to see if they can amend to try to include the maximum usable area of the map without distorting the image to fit certain wall dimensions.
