Rate is good but it shd be fixed once you book the contract. Not after approval as we need to scramble to get bank trf approval which needs 2pax! Stressed chasing bank approvers b4 2.30pm!

4.78% take money back was a bad surprise for me.
Considering that we paid bank charges for incoming payment.
The highest bank expenses we ever had within 20 years of business experience.
