Excellent service and expertise for all things hair!
What really stood out was the level of expertise and attention to detail. The staff genuinely care about their clients and provide excellent aftercare advice to maintain the extensions.

The girls at the desk are so lovely and welcoming with a smile. Every member of the team are so friendly and attentive. It’s such a nice atmosphere to be in all day!

Great but hoping for a call or email back
Have been getting my extensions at V and B for years and been very happy. This time four have now fallen out in under five days of getting a half head and have emailed and called and no response back...
