Communication, information was excellent. My queries were answered and resolved efficiently and promptly. I felt confident throughout the holiday that travel arrangements would be smooth.
Very helpful and knowledgable staff. All travel went smoothly. Hotels stayed in were very comfortable with good food and staff.
Would definitely use Viva again.
