With regards to discussing the process, we did look in to this for you in detail and I can see that we called you on Wednesday 6th July where you asked for a call back on Thursday 7th July. We called but unfortunately there was no answer. We left you an answerphone message on Thursday 7th July asking you to return our call at your earliest convenience.
