Pretty much perfect
They fixed a huge mistake that bol.com made, they were supportive, responsive, quick. Very helpful local representative (thank you, Sally in Italy!). Really quite perfect. Nothing to wish for....

Great villas and excellent Customer Service
Helpful, friendly a pleasure to speak to them.
The credit they held from lockdown was easily transferred to another villa.

Holiday dates rearranged without problems.
Recently had to rearrange a previously booked holiday for the 2nd time because of covid restrictions. All went smoothly and Vintage Travel were very accommodating.
