Many thanks for booking with us again and for taking the time to give your feedback. I believe it was on of our new trainees that we charged with confirming online bookings, and apologise for any confusion over time differences; hopefully a valuable lesson learned at this end. They should, however, have made it clear that they were new and inexperienced as it doesn't instil confidence. That's one for our training manual We collect return flight times as a general rule, to allow us to judge when properties may be available to us earlier for cleaning. Many ask us for an early entry to a villa and sometimes if a departing client has an early flight, we may get in to facilitate this. Should a client be on a late departing flight, we can also advise on luggage storage, changing facilities etc as a customer service. Giving the return flight details is by no means compulsory - a fact that I will ensure is pointed out in the future along with the above rationale. Once again, thankyou for your 4* review - confident that we can improve throughout the experience!

I'm confident its a valuable lesson learned and she won't query again. We all started somewhere -as you say - and we are all more tolerant if we know that's where someone is. Thanks for bearing with us and aiding our training effort!
