I always find the staff helpful, pleasant and well informed. I don't feel as if I'm being "rushed through" a process. I like their care for individual clients.

Great properties and clear web-site. Aftercare limited to "book for yourself" -- ok advice but would have liked car hire assistance as this is a notoriously bad area!
