Apologies that we were too slow on this occasion and missed securing your custom. On occasion we may need to double check availability with an owner which can unfortunately delay the process - although this is unusual.
We are pleased that you managed to secure a property elsewhere at a bargain price, but sorry that you consider us 'overpriced' in comparison. We hope we may have the chance to satisfy your requirements at some later date.
